Brooks von Biberstein is the Senior Attorney at the Law Office of Brooks von Biberstein. A graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law. She is an experienced consumer litigation attorney. In her professional career Brooks has gained experience through her extensive work in firms and at the Appellate level.
Brooks von Biberstein is a member of the Texas, North Carolina and Georgia Bars. Prior to moving to San Antonio, Brooks practiced in Kansas, North Carolina, Massachusetts and Georgia in firms ranging from small local practices to national law firms. She has a broad experience in the areas of employment litigation, products liability, professional liability, commercial litigation, transportation/cargo liability, insurance coverage, construction and property liability. One of her main strengths is her ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal form. Brooks is also skilled in the ability to quickly digest and research multiple complex legal issues and provide a succinct and incisive analysis of those issues.
In addition to her professional career, Brooks is an active member of the community. She currently sits on the Board for the San Antonio Center for Refugee Services. Through her service, refugee families are able to establish a stable living in Texas.

Brooks von Biberstein has over 20 years’ experience handling commercial litigation and insurance disputes. She uses pragmatic and strategic problem solving to provide viable, cost-effective legal solutions. Prior to forming her own firm, Brooks practiced with variety of large national and smaller firms in San Antonio, Boston, Atlanta, North Carolina and Kansas. During her career, she has gained broad experience in the areas of insurance coverage, employment litigation, commercial litigation, construction and property liability and real estate disputes. Brooks earned her law degree and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
